June 7, 2016 Board Meeting Agenda Item #46 Title APPROVAL TO AWARD BID #16-0362 FOR KITCHEN EXHAUST DUCT SYSTEMS CLEANING SERVICES Description Bids to provide 'Kitchen Exhaust Duct Systems Cleaning Services' were received from four vendors on May 3, 2016. The bid of Fat Free, Inc., was the best low bid meeting the advertised specifications. This bid is for a period of one year with an option to renew for two additional one-year periods. The funds for these purchases are contained in the transfer from capital budget allocated to the Facilities Services Department. Recommendation That the bid of Fat Free, Inc., for 'Kitchen Exhaust Duct Systems Cleaning Services' in an amount not to exceed $100,000.00, be approved as presented.
